- Stop using any medications that may increase the risk of bleeding, such as aspirin, ibuprofen, or blood thinners, for at least 2 weeks prior to treatment.
- Inform your doctor if you have a history of cold sores or herpes. This may require antiviral medication before treatment, which can help to prevent outbreaks and reduce the risk of complications.
- Arrive for treatment with a clean, makeup-free and skincare-face.
